Our current management portfolio consists of over 2000 multi-family units concentrating exclusively on smaller apartment communities under 200 units. How to Apply Instructions

1. Print out and sign all forms listed to the right, or that you received from the leasing office in person.
2. Write out separate checks or money orders for your application fees, security deposits, and pet deposits, if applicable. All checks and money orders must be made out to the community you are applying to. Application fees are $45 per application and $35 per guarantor. Contact the appropriate office to verify the deposit amounts.
3. Bring all forms and moneys to the appropriate leasing office and submit them for approval.
4. Upon approval, you must make an appointment for signing your lease.
